Order Processing and Shipping​

• Processing Time: Each product is custom-made upon order. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, no matter the destination.

• Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 4-8 business days

  • Standard Shipping (International): 10-30 business days

 

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.

 

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

 

Returns and Exchanges

As each product is made to order, we do not support returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a refund.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they enter production. Once in production, cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
